IMPULSE are pleased to announce the launch of the ACC-188 Synchronous Serial Radio Adaptor from Sealevel Systems.
The ACC-188 Tactical Serial Radio Adaptor follows the MIL-STD-188-184 interoperability and performance standard for the Data Control Waveform. It provides a high speed interoperable data solution that encompasses a Synchronous Radio Adapter Cable for universal connection between tactical radios and computers.
The ACC-188 is compatible with a wide range of tactical radio types, including:
- SINCGARS
- EPLRS
- MBMMR
- MBITR
- JTRS
The ACC-188 also comes with the government-developed and owned PDA-184 software from the Defence Industry Security Association (DISA). The software is easy to install and provides a graphical user interface that allows the user to transmit and receive a wide variety of data types at higher speeds compared to other proprietary solutions. The ACC-188 is available with a PCMCIA or USB interface.
