Digi International was founded in 1985 as DigiBoard. In 1989, DigiBoard went public and started trading as Digi International and now employs more than 600 people worldwide. Digi International is the leader in commercial grade device networking and is an innovator of wireless machine-to-machine (M2M) device networking products. Their embedded and non-embedded products are marketed under the “Digi” and “Rabbit” brands.
Digi’s embedded products include modules, microprocessors, single board computers, satellite communication products, development kits and software. Digi’s products are used in a wide range of applications and vertical markets including manufacturing, communications, instrumentation, industry control, utility and energy, security and access control, and medical and healthcare.
