Stoke-on-Trent, UK (05/11/2010) Impulse is pleased to announce the launch of EMB-LN9T from AAEON Technology. The EMB-LN9T is one of the first MiniITX boards to utilise the latest dual core Intel Atom processor and is designed to enhance versatility in many market applications.
The EMB-LN9T is available with the Intel Atom N450 or D510 pre-installed and is supported by the Intel ICH8M chipset. The board supports 2 x 200-pin DDR2 SODIMM 533/667 memory up to 4GB. In addition, the EMB-LN9T is equipped with 1 x 10/100/1000Base-TX RJ45 Gigabit Ethernet with the option of adding an extra gigabit Ethernet socket to meet your embedded requirements. The EMB-LN9T has 2 x SATA and 1 x Compact flash interface offering ample storage options. I/O consists of 1 x PCI, 1 x Mini Card, 8 x USB2.0, 10 x COM and 1 x LPC providing versatile expansion. The PCI slot will also allow for PCI-Express x 1 though a custom riser card, available upon request.
The EMB-LN9T supports clone/dual view display on CRT and LVDS and the graphics chipset has an integrated hardware MPEG2 decoder. The LCD interface deploys 18-bit single channel interface but can support 24-bit upon request. In addition, the EMB-LN9T can be equipped to support optional DVI interface in order to enhance the display function. This makes the EMB-LN9T a suitable solution for multimedia, digital signage and outdoor billboards.
