CE

DIN-rail mountable

These devices have been designed to be mounted directly on to an industry standard DIN-rail.

Extended Wide Temperature

These products utilise high quality industrial grade components enabling them to work in extended wide temperature environments. They are capable of running below -20C and above +70C and offer further protection than standard wide temperature rated products.

Fanless

These products use heatsink, heatpipe and extrusion technology to dissipate the heat generated by the system rather than using traditional fans thus improving system reliability and longevity.

FCC Approved

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is an independent agency of the United States government that sets standards and governs the testing of conducted and radiated emissions such as EMI.

PoE

This device supports Power over Ethernet (PoE) which describes any of several standardised or ad-hoc systems which pass electrical power along with data on Ethernet cabling.

RoHS

This product fully adheres to the Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive 2002/95/EC, RoHS for short.  The directive covers the restriction of use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment and was adopted in February 2003 by the European Union.

VESA

VESA is a mounting standard for displays and systems and consists of four screws arranged in a square with the horizontal and vertical distance between the screw centres.

Wide Voltage

These devices and systems have been designed to accept a wide voltage DC power input. This feature is desirable in the industrial market where a fixed voltage level or mains AC power cannot be guaranteed.

The Nuvo-5000LP is the low-profile version of the Nuvo-5000 family. It features a low-profile chassis, which reduces its height to 77mm whilst keeping the wide -25°C to +70°C operating temperature. For those demanding varied computing power, the Nuvo-5000LP supports socket-type CPU for flexible CPU installation. You can choose Intel 6th Gen Core i7/i5/i3, from 35W to 65W TDP, according to your performance requirements and operating environment.

The Nuvo-5000LP inherits comprehensive I/O functions, such as six GbE ports, eight USB3/USB2 ports, three COM ports and VGA/DVI/DP graphics from the Nuvo-5000E/P. It also incorporates Neousys’ MezIO interface for further I/O expansion options. By installing optional MezIO modules, the Nuvo-5000LP turns immediately from a typical embedded controller to a ruggedised application platform including 11x COM ports, 32x DIO channels, ignition power control, or customised application-specific I/O if required.
