Overview

The PFM-541IW2 with the AMD LX800 processor has been designed using components that can tolerate a wide temperature range. The processor and chipset, memory, clock generator, LAN chip, super I/O chip, capacitors, resistors, etc. have all been designed for harsh environments with temperatures ranging from -40C to +85°C. The onboard DDR 256MB memory is the optimal solution for operation in environments with multi-axis shock and vibration, as well as extreme heat or cold.

The PFM-541IW2 offers a generous four serial ports and four USB2.0 ports, and the dual 10/100 Ethernet ports can be used to communicate with external devices.
